DESCRIPTION:This year Ellicott City Partnership is launching our local Hometown Heroes program\, honoring the past and current members of the armed forces and first responders who are residents of Howard County.\n\nEach banner is 24  x 44 \, and will be displayed throughout the Old Ellicott City district.\n\nWe have 13 available banner spaces in the program and will accept additional applicants to be placed on a waiting list.\n\nThe Hero banners will be displayed July 1st through November 15th\, for a two-year period (2021 and 2023).
