Howard County General Hospital will offer free Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots to residents of Howard County ages 5 and older\, expanding vaccine access to those who are underserved\, vulnerable and hard to reach. Vaccine clinics will take place at the following locations:   North American Division Seventh-day Adventist Church Headquarters 9705 Patuxent Woods Drive in Columbia Spanish interpreters will be available. Sunday\, Nov. 21\, from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday\, Dec. 12\, from noon to 4 p.m.   Laurel Advocacy and Referral Services 311 Laurel Ave. in Laurel Saturday\, Dec. 4\, from noon to 4 p.m. The supply of pediatric vaccine doses for children 5 to 11 years old is limited. A parent or legal guardian must accompany children 5 to 17 years old. Booster shots will be available to residents 18 years and older who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention eligibility criteria. Those receiving a booster should bring their white COVID-19 vaccination card to their appointment. To register\, visit www.HCGH.org/vaccine.
