SUMMARY:Howard County General Hospital’s Fit for the Frontlines
DESCRIPTION:Jan. 1 to 31\, 2022 Howard Hospital Foundation\, which provides philanthropic support to Howard County General Hospital\, will hold Fit for the Frontlines\, a virtual activity challenge benefiting the hospital. Participants choose to complete 800\, 1\,000 or 1\,700 total minutes of physical activity in January and submit their activity minutes online throughout the month. The individuals and teams who achieve the most physical activity whether jogging\, walking the dog\, virtual yoga or visiting a playground\, for example will win prizes. All participants will receive a long-sleeve challenge shirt\, activity classes and facility memberships provided by event sponsors and a post-challenge party at the Color Burst Ice Rink in downtown Columbia.
