Event includes free: COVID-19 and flu vaccines\; cholesterol\, glucose\, BMI and blood pressure screenings\; educational material on diabetes\, nutrition and physical activity\; educational material on dental and oral health for children\; refreshments\, raffles and opportunities to talk with community health professionals\, medical providers and wellness organizations.
