When we choose to lead\, we are choosing to take on a role that encompasses more than our ability to get tasks done by ourselves. Once we choose to lead\, how we lead is a choice as well. Today\, we will see that effective leaders flex their styles across different leadership approaches. We'll discuss these approaches\, 6 of them\, and look at how to make a conscious\, intentional decision on the best way to inspire\, communicate\, and influence others. Today's goal is to broaden your leadership pallet\, ask questions\, and learn to flex. \n\n \n\n\nCourse Objectives \n\n\n\n  Discuss how leadership styles impact climate/culture\, performance\, and results.\n\n\n\n  Reflect\, evaluate\, and acknowledge our own go-to leadership style(s).\n\n\n\n  Challenge ourselves to flex to meet the demands of the situation.\n\n\n\n  Discuss how an organization's existing culture can impact and inform style.\n\n\n\n  Evaluate six traditional leadership styles and how they impact your team and outcomes.
