HCGH Presents Living Well with Diabetes - April 28th thru June 9th

Living Well with Diabetes is a six-week workshop presenting diabetes self-management skills using an interactive group approach for people with diabetes or prediabetes and caregivers. Participants will learn goal setting and stress management, glucose monitoring, skin and foot care, techniques to cope with feelings of frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation, skills to communicate more effectively with family, friends and health professionals and appropriate exercise and nutrition for diabetics. • Tuesdays, April 28 to June 9, except for May 5, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at East Columbia Library at 6600 Cradlerock Way in Columbia
