EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mixer (stand preferable or hand mixer); Food Processor or Immersion Blender
AIDA MEATBALLS - 25 meatballs • 1.5 lb ground beef • .5 lb ground pork (can be substituted for ground beef) • 3-4 garlic cloves • ½ c of chopped yellow onion • ¼ c fresh basil • 1 whole egg • 2 tb dried oregano • 1 tb dried basil • 1 tb worcestershire sauce • ½ c of parmesan cheese • ½ c of bread crumbs • Salt and pepper to taste
AIDA Marinara sauce • 3 28 oz cans of whole/diced/crushed tomatoes • 1 ½ c of sugar • ¼ c of salt (or more to taste) • ¼ c of oregano • 1/8 c of black pepper • 1/8 c of fennel seeds (substitute – basil) • 1/8 c of thyme • 5 chopped garlic gloves
Cannoli Cream • 1 15 oz container of ricotta cheese • ½ of powdered sugar • ½ tsp of cinnamon • ½ tsp of cocoa powder • ½ c of heavy cream • 1/3 c of mini choc chips
