The COVID-19 pandemic has exhausted us and continues to do so. People have given up on self-care, are experiencing high levels of fatigue, and stress levels are off the charts. Resilience skills are 100% learnable and will help to master this adversity. This is not about ignoring stress, rather it is much more than just coping. Resilient people recover faster under pressure and have lower levels of anxiety and depression. This results in less employee turnover, less absenteeism, and less healthcare costs for employers. Learn how workplace resilience training is a must during this continuing crisis and help your employees build lifelong skills to manage and bounce back from stress, no matter the cause.
