For the past two years, Maryland has been undergoing a revamping of its procurement processes and systems with the purpose of creating a more user friendly experience and cost effective program. If you are currently doing business with the state of Maryland or interested in doing business with the state, you will not want to miss this event.
Robert Gleason is the person charged with modernizing and transforming the State's procurement processes, developing a new career procurement workforce, creating a new Maryland Procurement Academy and designing and implementing the new eMaryland Market Advantage ("eMMA") eProcurement program, intended for use by all state public bodies.
