SBA has issued a proposed rule offering important changes to its mentor-protégé program, the 8(a) program, and the rules governing size, status, and recertification. The Howard County Chamber wants to be proactive on this proposed rule and to disseminate details to the government contracting community as quickly as possible since it is likely that comments will be requested within 60 days of publication.
Our final GovConnects Education Series will featuring speakers Meghan Leemon and Sam Finnerty with the law firm of PilieroMazza who will share details on this rule change and what it means for Government Contractors.
