Divorce by Allison

Allison McFadden is a family law attorney, court-approved mediator, and certified divorce coach, and the founder of Divorce by Allison, LLC, an alternative dispute resolution practice dedicated to helping families navigate divorce and co-parenting outside of the courtroom. Her work is grounded in a core belief: most family disputes can and should be resolved through mediation and other collaborative processes.  Allison brings more than a decade of family law litigation experience to her ADR work. That litigation background shapes her understanding of how client readiness, communication, and informed decision-making impact outcomes.
