Key Process Partners provides accounting and consulting services in the areas of finance, operations, and talent management to help your company grow, acquire, and scale.

We work with businesses who have outgrown their bookkeeper and need a higher level of accounting service. We work with owners and leadership teams to elevate your accounting and financial knowledge, sharing monthly analysis and recommendations to grow and scale your business. Accounting clients receive fully documented and optimized processes, ready for you to bring your accounting in-house when you are ready.

For consulting clients, KPP will create or improve your business processes to help you systemize your operations in order to reach your growth and profitability goals, without cumbersome or outdated processes getting in the way. KPP is not a replacement for your CPA, Tax, or HR advisors as they do not provide compliance services.

Founder Jen Blondo started the company to share her business operations knowledge based on her years of experience as the #2 at a service company that grew from $13m to $55m in 5 years, closing 15 acquisitions and doubling the profit margin.

KPP also provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consulting.
