Inner Arbor Trust is an independent 501(c)(3) created to design, develop and operate Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods, a new kind of culture park where the landscape becomes a setting for arts, culture and civic uses, as mandated by Howard County's 2010 Plan for Downtown Columbia.
