Capital Matters Track 2: The Entrepreneur’s Mindset and Delegating Duties to Grow

This mindset changing course focuses on how entrepreneurs must strengthen their abilities to manage their emotions and fears and build infrastructure and teams to allow for unlimited growth. We will discuss delegation of duties, Standard Operating Procedures, metrics, technology, and goal setting and being intentional about profitability and innovation. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of themselves and a strong understanding of how to plan, price their products and services, and build the infrastructure necessary to scale a business.
