Catalyst Loan Fund Information Session

The Howard County Economic Development Authority is excited to host additional introduction sessions on the Catalyst Loan Fund. Managed by the HCEDA, the Catalyst Loan Fund is part of Maryland’s Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Small, Minority and Woman-Owned Business Account initiative. The fund provides financing for businesses who are looking to expand and grow or work on a new project to help build their business and the economy. During the session, we will provide an overview of the program, a look into the application process and approvals, and hear from a couple of our successful businesses who have utilized this loan.
