The 800-square-foot store is owned and operated by Deanna Furman, a financial services professional who is eager to use her longtime love of bringing people together to delight in charcuterie.
Graze Craze is a fast-growing group of charcuterie stores whose expert teams of Grazologists™ are dedicated to helping clients “Celebrate Everything.” They curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips, and jams. Each food display features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate grazing experience.
“I’m thrilled to build a business creating delectable bites for everyone to enjoy, and Graze Craze has taken grazing to the next level,” said Furman, who was a senior mortgage loan officer for over 20 years. “We eliminate the guesswork of feeding a party and the hassle of cleaning up later. It’s awesome that we’re able to unite people through our passion for entertaining and the menu’s beautifully fresh arrangements.”

“All of our charcuterie offerings are amazing, but our favorite is the Gone Grazey,” Furman said. “There’s something for everyone, including our signature dark chocolate with pistachios, cranberries and sea salt. It’s the house-made dips, jams and hummus that I can’t choose between because I love them all!.”
The charcuterie arrangements are available in different sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Grab & Graze options for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party.
