Friday, May 15, marked the announcement of Governor Larry Hogan's phase one plan to reopen Maryland. While the Governor set forth certain requirements and parameters for businesses and community institutions, he also left decisions to local County Executives should they want to restrict openings in certain areas. County Executive Ball decided to take a slower, more deliberate approach.
On May 27, County Executive Ball will visit with the Howard County Chamber and members of the business community for a conversation on reopening Howard County.
