Demystifying Budgets and Financial Statements
Small business success is predicated on a host of factors ranging from good products and services, sound leadership, customer service, and competitive pricing. Equally as important but often forgotten and some instances, simply ignored is fiscal management. For many entrepreneurs, financial statements are done during tax season and budgeting is a near after thought leaving many with unanswered questions as to why their business is not growing or as profitable as they would like.
Join the Howard Chamber for insightful discussion on the importance of budgeting and financial analysis and its impact on business growth. You'll learn how to create consistent cash flow, which results in improved working capital and profitability.
