Postal Xpress N More is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented team member to provide TSA PreCheck Enrollment, TWIC Enrollment, Notary Public, and Fingerprinting services. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information in a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with TSA PreCheck and TWIC enrollment applications.

• Verify identity documents and enter applicant information accurately.

• Capture fingerprints, photographs, and biometric information.

• Perform fingerprinting services for employment, licensing, and background checks.

• Provide notary services in accordance with Maryland state laws.

• Educate customers on enrollment requirements and required documentation.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards.

• Schedule appointments and assist walk-in customers.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

• Cross-train and assist with shipping, printing, mailbox, and other store services as needed.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers throughout the day.

• Ability to pass any required background screening and certification requirements. Enrollment agents typically collect applicant information, verify identification documents, and capture biometric data such as fingerprints and photographs. (WayUp)

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, retail, notary, shipping, fingerprinting, or administrative work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Maryland Notary Public Commission (or willingness to obtain).

• Experience with TSA PreCheck, TWIC, fingerprinting, or identity verification programs.

• Shipping, printing, or mailbox store experience.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
