About The Role

This listing is for you. 401 Digital is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to put qualified appointments on the calendar for our Account Executive and push our business development initiatives forward. This is a commission only 1099 contractor opportunity. Your focus is simple. Find the right companies, start genuine conversations, qualify the need, and book meetings that stick. We care more about your hustle, integrity, and results than a long resume. Hours are flexible and based on your activity and results.
Compensation
Commission Percentage: 4% of final contract price.
Quota: 10 to 25 qualified leads a month.

Responsibilities
• Prospect to build a targeted list of companies that match our ideal client profile.
• Run multi-channel outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
• Qualify leads using clear criteria such as need, budget level, decision process, timeline, and fit with our services
• Stay abreast of online marketing trends and competitors.
• Set calendar appointments for the Account Executive and ensure the right stakeholders attend.
Requirements
• Must be based in the United States (Preference is given to Baltimore – Washington DC Metro area candidates)
• Proven track record of creating a reliable sales pipeline for small business.
• Modern Windows or MacOS based laptop or desktop with ability to conduct video conferencing calls.
• Experience leveraging social media accounts for lead generation and relationship building.
• Experience with AI CRM tools such as Folk, Monday, and Zoho CRM.
• Working Knowledge of current online technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud storage services.
• Experience with community communication tools like Slack.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional email and instant messaging communication ability.
• Next level time management skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Love for learning and improving existing processes.
