SESSION ONE: Leading Through Multiple Generations

“It’s a generational thing.” How many times have you heard that? For the first time, there are at times 5 generations co-existing in the workplace. Together we’ll discuss what it means to lead across generational divides. To start, we’ll acknowledge our generation is but one part of our whole selves. We’ll then agree to drop stereotypes, get curious, and learn to meet people where they are. In the end, leading generations is about leading people. How do you want to lead?

Event Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. Tickets are available at the door as space accommodates, with FULL payment upon arrival. Walk-in ticket pricing is adjusted to reflect venue and industry demands. If the Howard County Government offices are closed due to inclement weather, HCCC events will be canceled and rescheduled at a later date. Otherwise, events will take place as scheduled.
