SESSION FOUR: Effective Leadership Styles

Leadership is a choice. When we choose to lead, we are choosing to take on a role that encompasses more than our ability to get tasks done by ourselves. Once we choose to lead, how we lead is a choice as well. Today, we will see that effective leaders flex their styles across different leadership approaches. We’ll discuss these approaches, 6 of them, and look at how to make a conscious, intentional decision on the best way to inspire, communicate, and influence others. Today’s goal is to broaden your leadership pallet, ask questions, and learn to flex.

Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. Tickets available at the door as space is available and only with full payment upon arrival. If the Howard County Government Offices are closed to due inclement weather, HCCC events will be cancelled and reschedule at a later date. Otherwise, events will take place as scheduled.
