HOWARD COUNTY, MD — October 2026 — Vine, a Howard County-based strategic advisory and technology firm, is expanding access to its executive advisory, leadership development, and organizational improvement services for local businesses and nonprofits.

Since 2023, Vine has served as the prime contractor for the U.S. Navy's Flag Officer Executive Coaching Program, supporting admirals entrusted with strategic decisions, operational readiness, and leading people and organizations in complex environments.
