About Us

The secret to any good thing happening among people is relational trust.

Building relational trust is when fear, animosity, conflict, and the status quo begins to transform into cooperation, equity, respect, inclusion, collaboration, peace, and working together for social change and the greater good of all.

Tenacious Change has 28 Core Offerings to strengthen the resilience and skills of individuals and groups to lead progressive change for the greater good. Each is “custom fit” using our Tailoring Process.

Tenacious Change also offers five services to nonprofit organizations, public agencies, associations, other charitable organizations, and small businesses.

Services are projects that last at least three months or a year, or even longer.

They are different from consultation, workshop, or training engagements though these may be included in some services.
